Back in 2022, David Ashley and Rachel Harkin (with sound and visual engineer, Greg Morris), went on a mission around the UK to meet and talk to some of the ILG community steering group. We had some fascinating conversations with PA employers keen to impart their stories and explain why employing PAs has worked for them despite the many challenges faced along the way.

Jade lives in Essex and is the chairperson of the ILG Community. Passionate about supporting PA employers and bringing people together, Jade has employed PAs for several years. We caught up with Jade (and her cats) in her home, to hear her story.
